Kyran was more then a realestate agent to us ! We purchased a place in Twillingate from him.
The kicker is we are from Ontario and needed him to go to the place multiple times to take
measurements and photos. He even crawled under the house mid winter to show us the
foundation and did multiple virtual tours ! In order to do this he had to drive 4hs away each
time. He answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answers he provided us with the
contacts that did ! He was a great communicater and always got back to us the same day,
even on his days off while curling ! He is excellent at his job and had to counsell us along the
way to make us sure of our decision. Looking back, I don't know how he made our complex
deal close. From obtaining a real property report last minute to finding keys and ownership of
a vehicle that was included in the deal, he made it happen!! During the process, we talked as
much about our current lives, family and situations as we did about the deal. Like I said earlier
he was more then a realestate agent to us. He was a friend we never knew we had ! Looking

Been looking for a home , a perfect home a long long time .one with lots room - trees- front
yard -back yard - prices were too high, houses too close ... then came 2 one morning we'd go
take a look at. That's how we met Kyran from Blue Key Realty. A single home to show us , not
his listing but another ,that just came on the market. It was on route to the other one we
wanted to see, and on route to where I worked, right across the road

The first house was a
no , the second in a second was the one !! A tall old 2 story full of endless possibilities, a front
yard, back yard, tall trees

We didn't even make it across the kitchen to know this was the
one. In awe we went , room to room , I got to the point that if we didn't get this house I for one

Too think one could be looking a long long time , years as a matter of fact , and along
comes an angle with a house belongings to the Sisters of Mercy with a home and affordable
asking price , we just luv it here ... oh sure the legs are getting quiet the work out over the
